Do tile installers go through a licensing process?
Unfortunately, no. If you install tile and regardless of whether you call yourself a tile setter, tile installer, tile layer, tile specialist or tile professional, there is no required licensing. It’s for this reason that you do your due diligence by asking some key questions to the tile installer that you are considering hiring.
