Do those Consortia already successful in Gateway 1 and/or 2 have to complete the full application form for Gateway 3?

A. The application process has been shortened for consortia which demonstrated strong collaborative working in previous Gateways and are judged to be in a good position to deliver additional Diplomas. Consortia invited to complete a shortened application were informed before the end of the summer term.
