Do those Abtronic ab belts really work?

We’ve all seem them advertised on television, those electronic AB belts that claim to make you achieve a six pack without the efforts of doing crunches etc. These belts claim that using them for 10 minutes is equivalent to doing 600 crunches or something like that. This really sparked my curiosity and so I decided to try one out for myself. I purchased this electronic belt by Ab-Solution. I was pleasantly surprised that this belt came with a nice carrying bag, different sets of bands to fit different body parts, and two batteries! – It only uses one. I read over the manual and found out that this belt has a few different modes in which it can operate. I quickly set it to the “bodybuilding” mode and increased the intensity. I strapped it onto my abdominals and turned it on. To my surprise the belt actually felt like it was doing something. My abdominal muscles would contract every time the belt sent the electric shock. After the 10 minute workout I could feel a good tension in my abs. T
