Do they supply left handed soldiers with left hand guns in the British army?

No. My boyfriend shoots left handed at his rifle club, but right handed in the army. It’s to do with the way the rifle is made. Also, he goes nuts when people call them “guns”. Apparently soldiers always call them “weapons”.

I’m afraid not,a weapon is a weapon and all british army issued weapons can be fired by either left or right handed firers, the exception to this was the 9mm sterling sub machine gun(smg) whose magazine came off the weapon on the left hand side at right angles to the weapon but it was not a left-handed weapon and the problems it caused were more on the safe firing of this weapon as the position of the magazine made firing it very difficult for a left handed person, this weapon although still in use has become limited in its distribution.
