Do they need a trussrod?

0

Because they are not affected by humidity, BassLab instruments do not need a trussrod to adjust to seasonal changes. However, we include trussrods in many cases to allow players to fine tune the action, specifically when the action must be very low, or if the player often changes tunings. Trussrods are embedded in the Composite material of the neck, so the additional material changes the balance of the instrument just a bit and affects the tone very slightly. It’s not a huge difference.
