If i were you id go to a hospital or something. Your belly is swollen because your cyst probably ruptured. If thats the case,all the liquid that was in your cyst is filling your belly and making it look swollen and making you feel bloated. If you go to the hospital they will give you meds for the pain,and they will also do an ultrasound to see if they have to operate or not. This happened to me a week ago and im still taking the antibiotics to make the liquid go away. Anyways if it REALLY hurts, you should go. Oh and also if you start getting a fever go to the ER immediately,because that means there is infection.
