Yes our weathervanes do require some assembly, but easy instructions are included and all you need is a screwdriver. The ornament, spacer balls and directionals simply slide onto the assembly rod and are secured by setscrews. We suggest using a thread-locking adhesive when assembling the rods and spraying a little WD-40 on smaller stainless rod.
