Some villas require a security deposit, which is the maximum amount that can be collected if there is report of any undue property damage. The owner must report damages to us within two days of the renter vacating the property. We attempt to negotiate a settlement, and may charge your credit card a portion or all of the deposit to reimburse the owner for the damage.
