Do the Vietnamese still hate Americans?

Quite the contrary, they generally love Americans over here. I used to be treated like a rock star, then my wife and I had a baby. He is a sensation where ever we go. (he has very pale skin which Viet’s really love). He looks a lot more Irish/American than Vietnamese. Viet’s are very friendly people, and apparently they don’t hold grudges. Viet Kieu (Vietnamese living overseas) used to get harrassed by the government a few years back. I’ve been coming here for more than ten years and have never had a bad experience. My wife and I own several properties and we get along great with everyone.
