Do the videos that come with the textbook go chapter-by-chapter teaching each concept?
They actually go section-by-section. Every page has one or more lectures, covering each of the specific topics in the section. The section lectures are repeated at the appropriate point in the exercise sets and end-of-chapter materials. The videos were done just for this book, so there is no generic lectures that cover the material differently that the text does. Besides the video lectures, there are thousands of links within the text that take you to the exact place where an example or procedure is that you may want to access as an aid in working a problem or understanding some material.
