Do the travel costs for seminars/conference (Item 1.- Human Resources of table I.3 Annex B), include trip expenses plus hotel accommodation (room, foods, etc.) or only trip expenses?

Travel costs include only trip expenses, when the distance is more than 200 km from project office. Accommodation and food is already included in the per diems. Note that you are not entitled to per diem when you are travelling by flight from Europe.
