The transitional provisions are part of the PSRs and therefore must be implemented in all member states. We have published guidance on how the UK’s implementation operates in our Perimeter Guidance, questions 47 to 50. Firms wishing to operate overseas will need to consider both the UK and relevant overseas implementations of the PSRs.
