Do the therapists pay back the money spent to set up their locations?
Yes and no. The location pays back the cost. Though it hasn’t happened and is not anticipated, if a location collapsed, the therapists would not owe us money. Similarly, if a therapist leaves the program (none have) they are replaced by another therapist in the location, and they are not required to repay anything. The debt stays with the location, not the therapist.
