Do the students have homework assignments?
Yes, in the regular classes. Each week writing students are assigned a topic and required to write a paper. This is a key element of the teaching process, because each paper is given a detailed editing to identify errors and weak points in the individual student’s work. Reading students are given articles or other materials to read and understand in preparation for questions and discussion in class. There is no homework in the Summer camp.
