Do the students and instructor ever meet face to face?
Many, Logan online courses are taught entirely through Blackboard, our platform provider for online courses. Some courses, those having a “lab or hands-on” component, will require a campus visit. Courses with a campus requirement will be identified at the time of registration. Many of the Logan online courses can be taken entirely from your home computer. All new students are required to take a brief online Orientation Demonstration using Logan’s synchronous webcast service as part of completing activities prior to the first day of instruction. Weekend labs will be required for Exercise /Cardiorespiratory Physiology, Advanced Biomechanics, and the Sports Science & Rehabilitation Practica. The Capstone Clinical Internship will be proposed by students to be taken at an off campus location, then approved by the Logan Internship Supervisor.
