Do the Student Unions offer any stress management classes?

0

The semester is coming to a quick end, and while most of us are recovering from midterms, others are beginning to stress about finals. School in general creates both a mental and physical challenge for most students, but there is a solution to this sleep-depriving problem. The Student Unions’ Center for Student Involvement & Leadership offers leadership workshops, some of which focus on stress management. Check out the CSIL workshops at www.union.arizona.edu/csil and click on “leadership opportunities.” Campus Health also offers great programs to help deal with stress; call them at 621-3334. Being stressed out the remainder of the semester is not a good idea, especially when finals come creeping around!
