Do the soft tops come with any warranty?
Yes all soft tops sold by Soft Tops Online come with the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Pavement Ends – Suzuki (Sierra / Vitara) – 1 year Bestop – Jeep / Suzuki / Toyota – 2 yrs (1yr for Bikini tops) To begin the warranty enquiry request process you must FIRST e-mail us at info@softtopsonline.com.au and tell us the reason you are enquiring about a Warranty repair / Exchange. We will instruct you further based on the manufacturer’s warranty. We will not accept any warranty claims for soft tops that are posted back to us initially without prior contact of the issue. Soft Tops Online does not warranty the products we sell; only the soft top manufacture actually warranties their products. I.e. All decisions to repair or replace a product that appears to have a manufacturing defect are up to the manufacture of that product. You are responsible for all shipping costs and any price difference during a warranty exchange.
