Do the so called HR best practices, in practical, have direct influence on reducing voluntary attrition?
Look at the attrition figures of renowned companies, who claim to have world’s best employee engagement programs, best performance management system, competitive salary scales & benefit programs, continuous training agendas…etc. When we critically evaluate the reasons, it gives a clear indication that the above best HR practices do have some influence on holding employees…but the so called voluntary attrition is always on the increase. Companies are continuously losing their star performers, in spite of providing additional privileges. Are we still missing on some thing??
