Do The Scriptures Speak Of Two Messiahs?

0

It is still a widely held belief in the Orthodox Jewish community that there will be two Messiahs — a Messiah son of Joseph who will come as the suffering servant, and the Messiah son of David who will come as the conquering king. But actually, this is a later development in Judaism. The body of works from the Qumram community suggest they believed that one Messiah would fulfill both roles. We believe Yeshua came as G-d in the flesh, fully man and fully G-d. We believe He came and walked on this earth, died for our sins, resurrected, ascended to heaven, and He will come again.
