A. Unless specifically indicated in the data sheet please follow the detailed Western Blotting protocol that we recommend to our customers. You will find the protocol at the following link: http://www.biovision.com/. Conventionally, we use denatured and reduced samples when we perform Western Blots. Q. Can antibodies be used for immunohistochemistry (IHC- paraffin or frozen) sections. A. If indicated in the data sheet, the antibody can be used for the IHC studies. You will find the IHC protocol at the following link: http://www.biovision.com/ on our website. However we have not tested the efficiencies of these antibodies for IHC at BioVision. The recommendations for IHC are based on some excellent feedback that we receive from our customers who have used it for IHC in their systems.
