Nothing the “Road Rovers” do is standard. But to answer your question: Apparently. In “Hunter’s Heroes” Exile was pawing through a manual (hoping to find a rule that would allow them to leave Blitz behind) But I think they follow the rules most true heroes do: 1) Do as the Master wishes, 2) Protect the helpless and aid the needy, 3) Do what is always right and 4) Chase cats when ever possible. Basically, they follow their hearts.
