Do the required fees payable to DOE in connection with applicants’ Part I and Part II submissions include payment of wiring fees?
No. All fees payable to DOE are due in full in accordance with the fee schedule for the applicable solicitation. The applicant is responsible for the payment of any wiring fees above and beyond the amount of fees payable to DOE in connection with their applications. Applicants must arrange for sufficient funds to pay the amounts to cover wiring fees in electronic funds transfers, and such wiring fees may not be deducted from the fee amounts due to the Government.
