Do the properties have reserves or minimums?
Most of the properties will have reserves or minimum prices that must be obtained before the seller has to accept the bid. We do not release reserve prices because the seller does have right to accept bids less than the reserve price which is not uncommon. You need to determine what you are willing to pay and be prepared on auction days because many seller’s will accept the high bid just to be done and have the property sold! Don’t find out the day after the auction that the property sold for less than you would have paid.
