Unfortunately they do not. Since most beach homes are built on pilings, you have to climb at least 12 steps to get to the first living level. The homes have bedrooms on the second and third floor. Some are ‘upside down’ homes with the kitchen and dining room on the top floor. Waters Edge has a 3 station dumbwaiter to help you transport small luggage and packages from the garage to the top floor.
