No. The pricing requirements above apply only if the product is self-commercialized by the Grantee/Collaborator or Exclusive Licensee, and their successors and assigns. Also, the pricing requirements do not apply to products sold outside of California and only apply to certain Californians who are uninsured or underinsured.
