The pastors have been discussing plans for the transition. There are several areas that they will focus on this coming year: 1) Pastoral Development; 2) Leadership Development; 3) Ministry Development. Pastor Seth is in the process of training up the other pastors to take on more of the various pastoral responsibilities. The pastors are also committed to raising up more future pastors and leaders, and they are working closely with the current leaders to bring them to spiritual health and vibrancy. When the leaders are healthy, the church is healthy, and as the church is healthy, we hope that more leaders will be raised up this coming year. We are also committed to strengthening the ministries that we already have in our church. As the ministries are strengthened, we will see more people being reached with the Gospel.
