Do the Orbis funds have a derivatives risk statement?
Australian investors who are superannuation funds regulated by the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority are required to produce a derivatives risk statement, and rely upon managers of the funds they invest in to in turn provide a derivatives risk statement covering those funds. Orbis has produced a derivatives risk statement.
