Yes! The NIFL Hotline and the ALD work together as partners to provide the most up-to-date information on literacy programs. Customers have access to the same information whether they call the toll free number (1-800-228-8813) or visit the website at http//www.literacydirectory.org Literacy programs can update their program information by calling the toll free number. Access to updating programs on-line will be available on America’s Literacy Directory in the near future.
