Do the neighbors complain about noise?
To our knowledge only one “real” neighbor has ever complained about noise and we believe that was after NOBOATSKI members canvassed the neighborhood soliciting complaints. Most other neighbors we’ve talked to have no noise issues. A sound analysis done by Tom Barnebey of Sound Solutions found sound levels to be well below the ambient noise in the area and to comply with the “strictest interpretation of the Sonoma County General plan limits…”. One neighbor has said the braying donkeys in the middle of the night are more bothersome than any minor boat noise.
