Do the MOM Reports (PM Metrics) pull based on RIP or RC dates?

The MOM #1 Report pulls first on the RIP dates. If there is no RIP date, it will then look at the RC dates. The MOM #2 Report Response Complete is determined by the RC date. Whether the site is in investigation or cleanup is determined by the most recent phase the site is based on the date for which the report is run. It does not include IRAs. The MOM #4 Report pulls first on the RIP dates. If there is no RIP date, it will then look at the RC dates.
