Yes, they are designed in FS2004 and are seperate from the installation, located ‘in’ FS2004 but accessed through a desktop shortcut. You must drag the shortcut to your desktop and the Missions center is thus easily accessed. They are in HTML format and filled with information, maps, manuals, screenshots, and a ‘Fly Now’ switch.
