During the last meeting of the 2006-07 school year, the Wellness Committee discussed the National School Lunch Program and milk. As a whole, the committee felt the lunch program was meeting the district needs to offer a lunch program that meets the USDA requirements. The committee also felt non-fat chocolate milk was a suitable option as long as low-fat plain milk was also a choice.
