DO THE MEETINGS OR VICTIM REFERRALS HAVE TO BE RELATED TO THE GOALS OF THE GRANT TO BE COUNTED IN THE CCR SECTION?
You can only count activities that are supported with Arrest Program grant-funded staff or supported directly with Arrest Program grant funds. You can count all meetings and referrals that are generally related to the goals of your Arrest Program grant as long as they are supported with Arrest Program funds. You would not count meetings or client referrals that are clearly not related to the Arrest program grant or not supported with Arrest Program grant funds. Products IF WE DEVELOP HANDOUTS TO GIVE TO TRAINEES DURING TRAINING, DO WE COUNT THOSE AS “PRODUCTS DEVELOPED AND DISTRIBUTED?” IF WE REVISE THESE MATERIALS SO THEY ARE APPROPRIATE FOR DIFFERENT AUDIENCES, DO WE COUNT THAT AS “PRODUCTS DEVELOPED?” If the materials you are developing and distributing contain substantive information (a list of names, phone number, resources, or a bibliography would not be considered substantive) and if you make revisions to the handouts that are more than minor (changing the heading would be minor
