Do the MCs have an administrative board?
A board of administration would be the norm (as it is in the UB church). However, an MC church could have an elder board that doubles as the administrative board, handling all church business. Another might have a separate elder board to focus on spiritual issues, plus an administrative board. All three scenarios are possible in the United Brethren church. In the Missionary Church, the only requirements of the church board are: that the pastor be a member, that all other members be members of the church, and that the board meet at least quarterly.
