Do the Marines offer the same college benefits to regular enlisted men and officers?

Answer Dan: If you have no college at present, you won’t be eligible to become an officer until you do (A 4 year degree). Benefits, college wise, are the same for officer and enlisted. No, you don’t have to sign before going to college to be an officer, but it will help you if you get into ROTC as soon as you get into college.
