Do the letters come with a “North Pole” postmark?
Our letters will officially include a NorthPole postmark if order is placed before 12/1/08. Orders placed on or after 12/1/08 will not include an official NorthPole postmark to the lengthy amount of time it would take to send the letter to one place, and then to another causing your letter to not arrive before Christmas. It also assures that there is less room for errors (mis-directed, lost or just plain late) on your child receiving his or her letter during the month of December. Although, we do include a custom stamp on the envelope to make it appear as if it did come from the North Pole. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this issue, please do not hesitate to contact us. Remember, your letters will only have a non North Pole postmark if ordered on or after 12/1/08.
