A. The juvenile and one parent must be present at the tobacco conference. If the juvenile admits to the tobacco offense, they have the option to attend a Smoking Education Program within 60 days from the date of the conference, or to waive the smoking program by paying a fine of $100.00 and court costs of $48.00.
