Do the JAMIS Coda Elite and Comp models have rack eyelets for attaching a rack at the rear and/or fenders at the front?

The Coda Comp had eyelets both front and rear to attach fenders and racks. The Coda Elite is a challenge with the disc brakes to mount either of these, due to the interference with the disc brake. However, there are fenders made by companies like SKS that attach to the seat stays or seat post and also racks from Delta and Topeak that can mount over the disc brakes or directly to the seat post.
