The Pulse and Direction operating mode is a standard configuration of the IM23x-DS motors. In this operating mode, the motion reference (position or speed, as configured by the user) is imposed via pulses applied on the Pulse input pin of the module. The pulses are used to increase or decrease the reference value, in correlation with the status of the Direction pin (0 or 1). The maximum frequency of the Pulse signal is 5 MHz.
