Do the harmonised holiday entitlements include public holidays?
A. No, public holidays are in addition. There are 9 public holidays for all staff, as at present, in addition to annual leave of 30 days (or pro rata) for staff on grades 6-10 and 26 days (or pro rata) for staff on grades 1-5 in the first five years of service and then 30 days after 5 years service.
