Do the GRP-NDFP Peace Negotiations Stop the Peoples Resistance?

The people’s resistance is justified so long as there is intolerable oppression and exploitation. Without resistance, the people have no hope of achieving national liberation and democracy against US imperialism and the local exploiting classes. One reactionary regime of the GRP after another has agreed to negotiate with the NDFP because of the growing revolutionary armed strength of the people. The socio-economic and political crisis of the ruling system is daily worsening. It provides the fertile conditions for the vigorous growth of two forms of struggle against the ruling system of big compradors and landlords.
