Do the fundamentalists think that hatred for Catholics make them better Christians?

I have no idea, but I can tell you that now that I’m outside of a certain fundamentalist denomination, I can see just how self-righteous and judgemental I was when I was there. I thought it was our way or the hell-way, basically. I’m so thankful that I’m outside of that denomination now (Ok, I’ll say it…it was Southern Baptist). I still think that Jesus is the only way, but now I pray for others and I find that my new found refusal to pass judgement on others has actually brought more people to at least interest in Christ than my Bible-thumping, self-righteous, judgemental Southern Baptist self did!
