I never heard of it. I used Reloxe for hair loss and it worked for me few months only!

No. Hair, nails and body hair have, in fact, the same constitution, but the way they grow is different. Oenobiol Fortifying works specifically on the hair and the nails, whilst Hair Loss works only on the hair.
