No. The tools can only run under Windows XP, and Windows 2000 Professional. This is because we haven’t yet added a Python installer for Windows 95-98. If you did the work yourself to install Python under Windows 95-98, with the TKinter module, from the Python web home-page, we suspect that the FDK would work fine.
