Do the Executive and Non-Executive Directors have to reapply for their own jobs?

0

A. We are proposing a transitional period during which the current Non-Executive Directors, including the Chair, would remain in position for a minimum of 12 months following the establishment of the Foundation Trust or until the end of their current tenure, whichever is longer. All existing Executive Directors will be appointed to the Foundation Trust’s Board of Directors. In the future, once the Foundation Trust is fully established, the governors will appoint Non-Executive Directors and the Non-Executive Directors will appoint Executive Directors.
