Do the divorced parents of college students have to pay for their tuition?
Ordinarily, nobody ever HAS TO pay for someone else to go to college, no matter whether it’s their child or anybody else. College is voluntary. However, if this issue was addressed by the Court in your divorce, then you had better thoroughly review your final order to see what it says.
