Do the “connected” Town Homes share a common wall?
The Town Homes at Mountain Gate and South Peak only appear to be connected. Each home is a separate building and could be torn down and rebuilt without harming the adjoining homes. The houses are so close together they touch at the Lot line (zero lot line) but are not attached to each other. Code requires each home with zero lot line to have a fire wall.
