Do the computers/laptops come with a warranty?
• Warranty is usually specified in the item description. • Standard warranty for computers is 1 Year Warranty. • Standard warranty for laptops is 1 Year Warranty. • Warranty only covers hardware not software issues. What about laptop batteries are they covered under warranty? • Laptop batteries are considered a consumable and therefore not covered under warranty. • We will not supply you with a battery that does not hold a charge (also known as dead). What if I want a brand new battery? • We can supply you with a re-celled or brand new battery at an extra charge depending on the type of laptop.
