Several different Texts were referenced in the process of making the cards. However, the two most used texts were the Chinese Herbal Medicine: Materia Medica, 3rd Edition revised, Bensky, Clavey, Stöger, Eastland Press and Chinese Medical Herbology and Pharmacology, Chen, Art of Medicine Press.
