Do the Buckeyes have a No. 3 receiver in Duron Carter, or is that job up for grabs?
Carter was ruled academically ineligible prior to the Rose Bowl. In a perfect world, he gets his grades in order and comes back with a vengeance this fall to give OSU a terrific No. 3 alongside starters DeVier Posey and Dane Sanzenbacher. But OSU has to prepare as if that isn’t going to happen.
